Cáceres, 1957. Ha desarrollado su vida como articulista, escritor y profesor entre Galicia y Extremadura. Dirige la Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Extremadura desde su creación en 2009. Colabora en prensa escrita desde 1986. Actualmente, en el diario HOY, en los 16 periódicos regionales del grupo Vocento y en La Voz de Galicia. Ha publicado dos libros en gallego de divulgación periodística, tres libros de viajes por la Raya hispano portuguesa, entre ellos la guía gastronómica R&R Restaurantes de la Raya, varias recopilaciones de artículos y cuatro novelas, conformando tres de ellas la trilogía El peluquero de Franco.
